Encounters Festival calls for mobile phone films

Encounters short film festival is looking for entrants for its Mini Masterpiece competition.

No in its fourth year, the Bristol fest want your pitches for a mini film made for mobile phones or handsets.

The prize includes a high level premiere, travel and accommodation bursary plus VIP entry to all the industry events and parties.
