The Sand is very much a party film, a classic slice of monster movie mayhem guaranteed to invoke laughter (and a few squeals), so it's a good choice for a DVD collection. this edition comes with an introduction by the Frightfest Presents guys, who explain why they fell in love with it.
There's not much else in this package, just a set of trailers for other new releases on the same label.
