The Blu-ray of Boy Kills World is fairly standard. After a couple of trailers which are genre appropriate but unfortunately unskippable, there is the main menu. The menu system is clear and easy to use. It operates smoothly, without glitches. Audio options are standard stereo, DTS and Atmos.

There are three special features. The first is a 17 minute making of featurette, It is enjoyable and has some insights into the films production. Quinn Copeland who plays Mina is entertainingly forthright. The second two are short, The director Moritz Mohr describing the film and Bill Skarsgård training for the martial arts used in the film.
