Eye For Film >> Movies >> The Phantasm 5 Disc Boxset (2005) Film Review
You can't spell Coscarelli without a "scare", right?
The time-travelling, paradoxical, multi-dimensional adventures of a kid called Mike, a bald ice cream vendor called Reggie and a very spooky Tall Man, who tends to say "boooooy!" a lot, are now available in a re-mastered and feature-packed box set.
Often considered as cult films, Don Coscarelli's signature series is actually very interesting and full reviews of all four films and the bonus disc can be found by clicking the links below.
Phantasm -
Baffling Seventies horror flick about a scary tall mortician, killer dwarfs and sci-fi spheres.
Phantasm II -
The continuing horror of the Tall Man who empties graves.
Phantasm III: Lord Of The Dead -
The franchise becomes increasingly weird and bloody, with intriguing sci-fi bits
Phantasm IV: Oblivion -
Not the end quite yet, but the chase goes on, and the atmosphere is darker and the Tall Man more iconic
