Partillo De La Risa

The music drives it The rhythm drives it. The beat.
The colours are sensual and warm. The breakdancers have morphed into animated figures, swirling and spinning, close to the ground.
Is this a pop video? Or a celebration of South American music and dance?
Visually exhilerating, Suzanna Martin's film is an artistic piece, rather than a documentary, or animated short. It is full of joyous expression, as if to say that the poor have nothing, they have the music, they have the street, and they dance to the music in the street.
