While the extras contained on this disc are all rather charming, they're also disappointingly brief.

Five deleted scenes - prefaced by brief and rather repetitive introductions by directors Stephen Anderson and Don Hall - make up the bulk of the extra offerings. The Full Tummy Song, Rabbits Friends And Relations and Pooh Searches For A Tail were either truncated in the final cut or lost altogether. Shown here in a mixture of animated storyboards, black and white and full-colour animation, they arguably a more 'hand-drawn' feel that is arguably more organic and appealing than much of the more polished and 'Disney-fied' final product.

The Original Eeyore intro and Original Tigger Intro are both slightly longer but inferior versions of the segments that made the final cut.

The extras are rounded out by short fil The Ballad Of Nessie. Narrated by Billy Connolly and traditionally animated, it's a short but sweet story of how Nessie came to live in a loch, featuring a sweet side message about why there's no shame in crying sometimes. It will also, no doubt, put Scottish adults in mind of Donald Trump's controversial golf development in Aberdeenshire.

The film also features subtitles and an audio-descriptive track.
