Read Max Blinkhorn's film review of The Woman Next DoorThere’s some limitedly interesting material on the newly released DVD. The usual Play and Scene selection time saver and an interesting, nay, revealing whirlwind summary of the making of the film gives it context and background.
The most interesting piece is the scene-linked commentary by Ardant and Depardieu which examines the film in a very detailed way, exposing the inner workings of the production.
The trailer is a complete spoiler – why tell a story in one minute when you’ve just made a 100 minute version? There’s too much in it and if you want to preserve novelty of the story for yourself, don’t view it.
