Rudo And Cursi

The main features are two interviews, one with the director Carlos Cuarón (who does nearly all the talking) and his filmmaking brother Alfonso (who looks on with an amused smile), and the other with stars Gael Garcia Bernal and Diego Luna.

The interviews aren’t too long (about five minutes apiece), and not too probing, but they’re all engaging speakers. It’s also nice to see that Gael and Diego have a bit of a rapport, too, and are relatively candid (Gael confesses they both had to lose weight to play their football-playing selves in the movie).

Other than that, there’s a fairly standard trailer, and both the picture and the sound are perfectly crisp and clear.
