An anniversary edition without a commentary is pretty ridiculous. OK, they propbably couldn't afford the beachball after all this time (inflation), but where is John Carpenter and Dan O'Bannon?

A few stills, biographical details and an amusing trailer - it sells the movie as an action thriller - just doesn't cut it. I refuse to count Scene Selection as a bona fide extra and as for "DVD credits," words fail.

Yes, there is an extended version of the film, which means... more dull bits.

Disappointing.
