There is nothing wrong with the quality of the picture, or sound. The lack of extras is something else - a void. Carmen does not deserve the emptiness that this implies. She should have been given a director's commentary, a flattering Making Of featurette and a light-hearted interview with the girl of Jose's dreams.

Instead, trailers. It's not the same.
