The only extra of note here is a 14-page contextualising piece on Basket Case by acclaimed horror critic Alan Jones, and filmographies of the writer/director and his two leads Kevin Van Hentenryck and Beverly Bonner (both of whom have apparently restricted themselves to other films by Henenlotter).

The original trailer is charmingly old school, although it does rather let the cat out of the bag...
