The DVD has no extras, which I found very disappointing - the changes of personnel and the charisma of young Mr. Grace warranted explanation and information. A bit on the model for the store and characters would also provide a good bit of infill. Perhaps the mists of time have swallowed up the detail? Whatever, when I need reminding about what real comedy is, I'll put this DVD on and have myself a good chortle!

This is Series Three and when you think that they made 10 series, plus two films, and the follow up, Grace And Favour, there's a lot of watching if you own the whole set and variants.

Just for fun, I'll leave you with another classic line from Mrs. Slocombe: "You know this sort of thing isn't fair on my pussy!"
