A Tree Grows In Brooklyn

Read Darren Amner's film review of A Tree Grows In BrooklynThe DVD extras could use some "miracle grow." We get some black and white stills, a little text-based facts and history and biographies of the cast. It really could have used a Making Of featurette, especially interesting for people too young to remember the early years of Kazan's Hollywood career, before East Of Eden and On The Waterfront.
The picture and sound quality is good. For a film shot in the Forties, it holds up really well.
